After waiting 8 hours for a door, they asked me if I wanted to drop my trailer and come back later when they give me a phone call, $#!+
They still took 14 hours to unload my driver after paying a late fee. We are staying away from this place going forward.
Picking up 13 skids and after 3.5 hours they only loaded 6 pallets and supervisor is too busy or overwhelmed to help. Building is nice but the jackass that designed this place had no idea of the need for space to maneuver. This place is a joke!
Previous reports on how slow this place is, are correct, bring lots of food and movies, you're going to be here awhile.
If your late you pay. If your on time you'll be late to your next place. Appointment is just there to get you to pay a late fee. 4 hours after my appointment and still no door. Whoever gave this place more than 2 stars should get a mental evaluation
5 hours to get a door.... and another 4 hours to unload. BLACK LIST. never coming back here again...
We were forced to pay a late fee to supposedly get unloaded quicker instead of rescheduling for the next day.
The shipper took 19 hours to load my driver which caused him to be late at this receiver.
